Regarding this Saturday, July 4th: there will be a 10am WOD class ONLY. No Beginners, and no afternoon classes. The regular schedule WILL resume Sunday.

Gym Business: beginning next Thursday, July 9th, Thursday evening beginners classes are cancelled indefinitely. We will still be running Tuesday/Saturday/Sunday at their currently scheduled times!
