totally gassed on the burpees too. lame

also, i'd love to work more on some basic gymnastic skills- unsupported handstands, front/back handsprings, etc- is anybody else into that, or are there any seminars like that at CFNYC or the triple B? seems like maybe the mats at the BBB aren't so great for rolling out of failed handstands.
