Muscle-ups

didn't go 100% overhead on one of the thrusters
Thrusters were hard, but not as hard as I thought they'd be. Muscle-ups were harder than I expected. Those last 9 were like climbing a mountain.
Decided that I needed to kick my own ass, so I did:
Full warm up
6X5 deadlifts with whatever Sam was doing. Just working form and trying to learn where the weak spots are.
Then came up with my own WoD, which Kevin was kind enough to join me in (and obliterate my time):
800m run
21 95# thrusters
5 Rope climbs, no feet start from squat
15 thrusters
3 climbs
9 thrusters
1 climb
800m run
18:40. Thanks to Moon for meeting me for the last 200, really helped get the kick in. Will be there for the meeting tonight, but not to work out. See you all there.
Jeff - that is a sick time. I did 115lbs and still was in the 17 minute range.
