Question of the day: Are you still doing the 100 Day Burpee Challenge?

Good Sam's gonna' do it, do it, do it...

I like Jeff's pose in the background. Apparently, deadlifting puts him in a contemplative mood.

Answer of the Day: No. I broke my body for 10 days and was unwilling to buy back in. Oh well.

Was this that horrible deadlift/burpees workout? If so then Jeff was only sitting around looking bored for about 30 seconds. Most of the time he was taunting me. Or making me laugh. It's really hard to deadlift when you're laughing.

Oh look I'm lifting the exact same weight that last week broke me. I will not be deadlifting today. But I'm still doing The Challenge -- my body-breaking only required a 3-day make-up buy-in. And lots of really, really slow, careful burpees.

I gave you hush meat!

Oh that's what all that meat was for?

Someone had better say "that's what she said" or this whole little exchange will be wasted.

Since you already spilled the beans, I might as well point out that this is all testament to my unique brand of coaching. To the untrained eye, it may appear to be taunting, but I think it's quite obvious that results are more favorable under my supervision.

I am still doing the challenge but I got a bunch of my friends to do it and we didn't buyin so we are about a week behind.

still in the challenge. i owe 32 for a day i missed.

and yes, I did today's 37 burpees.
...and hush meat? what, why?

I had Greg coaching me for the deadlifts today, I didn't look at the weight that was on the bar but at the end I got to 200 lbs (a 15 lbs pr)! Thanks to everyone who was helping me with the deadlift tonight!

I know some wow gold in wow.
