30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
This is Obviously a strong way to start a WOD cycle. But do not let this exercise intimidate you, or it's insane substitute for that matter. You can definitely do the 120/120 but for muscle-ups there might be more to gain if you work the actual movement, the pull-up and the transition to the dip. 60 Jumping Muscle-ups is a good example, but also Keith W. pointed me to this clip that shows how rubberbands can be used to work on muscle up technique.

yes Scott, sat/sun BBB schedule is still in effect. I just have to get back to the box really quick (From McCarren)to open it back up at 2pm on Sunday.
Reflection upon yesterday's workout... 5th round was brutal.
On a side note, has anyone seen a blue Tag watch sitting around? I can't find my watch from over a week ago.
