If it's alright with whoever is supervising the hero WOD class (Justin? Moon?), I'd like to reserve 50# of bumpers and one of the barbells, preferably one of the Pro Power bars from Again Faster.
This is the workout I plan to do:
- 50 Pull-ups
- 400 meter run
- 95 pound Thruster, 21 reps
- 95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
- 30 Pull-ups
- 95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
- 30 Pull-ups
- Run 800 meters
I believe Juan plans to do either Daniel or the same.
I'm gonna kind of wuss out and do Michael since I missed it a couple weeks ago and my upper body is pretty fried from yesterday and so, so many burpees. Also hopefully @6.30. So I'll just need a bar briefly a couple times for good mornings -- all y'all thruster animals can have it the rest of the time ;) (Or I suppose if there are a lot of people wanting to thrust, I could do kettlebell GM's too)
This cycle (3k, Linda, Lynne + BS) was a pretty tough one to come back to after the vacation, and the effects of the time off were pretty apparent in my performance. Time for some recovery.

Jeff - We can try to help out with reservations for special WODs but it would be most helpful to know exactly when you plan to use the gear.

kettlebell GM's are just as good, especially using the 24k.
Michael is no joke.
Only downside to KB GMs are getting them in and out of position...
