Now if you had said "...so I should get there by 11 at latest and my warm-up usually takes about half an hour..." well...:)
I'm still having shoulder issues so i can't do the Jerk movement...but the cleans are fine. Would 30 cleans for time be worthwhile? Is there a better substitute? I was thinking of trying to make-up the chief if it wouldn't disrupt the rest of the people doing today's WOD. Thoughts?
i think my shoulder is coming out of retirement for this one. hopefully i don't fuck it up again.

I was a little excited to do this one since I'd never done it before, but somewhere along the way I began to question the value of doing 30 C&J for time. I suppose I *could* have gone faster. We'll see how I feel about this next time, if I ever choose to do this one again.
