We haven't done one of these in awhile, so this Sunday Im planing on running the 1pm Free Beginner's Class at one of the nearby parks. Not sure which yet, either Cooper or McCarren. I'll post more information later in the week.

No, but i feel like someone whacked me in the lower back with a shovel
you guys whining? It was pretty hard but nothing 2 post WOD beers couldn't handle. I do keep feeling like my form was all wrong on the shoveling and could have done better. Gonna have to look into acquiring a flip cam so we can tape and correct our form on workouts like this.

Juan is only half correct. I'm not getting any particular discount, but I've calculated that we can save money if we plan out how we distribute the weights that come with each vest. sit on a chair, bend over and touch your toes.
...of course that's just for temporary relief. A better stretch is the upward dog yoga pose.
