No actual GHD but duplicated the movement and ROM off the adjustable bench on the lifting platform.

And yes it does suck Ryan, in a good way ;)

WOD @ home
My pull up bar needs to undergo safety inspection.

5 rounds:
5 HSPU (head to floor)
10 pistols (alternating, 5 per side)
15 anchored sit ups
9 burpees
then 5 rounds
5 HSPU (head to floor)
3 burpees
10 pistols (alternating, 5 per side)
3 burpees
15 anchored sit ups
3 burpees

total: 10 rounds

Compare to my last Mary score several months back. I believe I had 12 rounds and change. Once again, it shows that when I workout at home, my intensity isn't the same as when I'm at the Box.

Midway through, I was distracted trying to find a dry spot on my floor that had not been slimed up by perspiration This is yet another reason why one should work out with a shirt on. If I wasn't slipping in a puddle of my own sweat I'm sure I could have beaten out the 27 minute mark.

Michael, 45# good mornings: 17:32. Sorry I didn't stick around for Jim's time, 17:12 is pretty awesome. Will remember to be in his heat next time as this WoD seems to come up a lot.

After looking up my past scores, I realized that this is only a 12 second PR from last time. I was still mentally working off the one before that of 18:26. At least I have had steady improvement over the summer.
