hey brooklyn....its dover , delaware crossfit...we are coming to the city in the a.m. on the urbanathlon and want to stay the day.....shower ideas if you have any .hope to see you there.
After doing Scott's Mom (see Manhattan posting), I decided to do a little more work.

Originally I had planned on doing 4 rounds, but figured it might be more prudent to just keep it short and sweet this time around since I'd just done another WOD.
Then after a little more rest I decided to do this (not for time):
200m run (0:35)
5 x 95# snatch
200m run (0:35)
5 x 115# snatch (5 successes, ~3 fails)
200m run (0:33)
5 x 135# snatch (5 successes, ~3 fails)
It was sort of difficult to keep up the coordination required for me to do snatches near and at my max after having run those 200s and doing those heavy (for me, at least) DLs.
any chance of u folk coming to bb for some dinner drinks manana?
