Press max was #130(*) in 5th round.
Push press max was #160(*) in 5th round.

* - There is some disagreement as to the weight of the skinny black bar. Those numbers are assuming 45#.

Bad news guys. I got confirmation from Jon Gilson at Again Faster that the new Gill Athletics barbells (the black ones with end caps that labeled "700lb") are NOT standard weight. They are 38.5#.

We are all a bunch of pussies now.
