Brooklyn Park WOD is today. We know that everyone prefers a field trip to a lazy Rest Day. So everyone meet up at the Box before 7pm. At that time we will be making the trek over. Again this invitation goes to current members, anyone who's made it out to our Free Beginners classes and especially to any first-timers that want to check us out. The workout should be pretty basic, but really fun and will definitely make you sweat. Hope everyone makes it out. Last one to show up at the box has to carry the C2 Rower to McCarren Park.
