One of two workouts to choose from today:

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats (aka "pistols"), alternating leg
15 Pull-ups

For those who have not done a full Cindy before, please remember to log your final round count to serve as a baseline measure for your progress in the future.

For those who have done a few Cindy's in their time, consider trying Mary for a contrasting experience and something that can give you an idea as to where your skills are in either the pistols or the handstand push-ups.

I've been waiting for this wod for awhile, going to have to make this up on Saturday.

I'll make it up with you. I didnt sleep well last night and am still getting over this bug I got.

12+5 pushups

12 rounds + 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups and 10 Squats...just couldnt win the race with the clock for the last 5 squats.

also i got my first muscle-up today! wooo!

Got stuck at work. Did Cindy at home wanted to try it with
real push ups and dead hang pull ups, to build up strength.

5 rounds + 2 pull ups

It was ugly.
