Is anyone interested in heading over to the track for this? I need to get back to the city for dinner at 8:30, so I was thinking of doing this around 6:30 or so. Meetup at the box?

Where is the track??

I may be down depending on location.

the track starts at 817 metropolitan then down the sidewalk for 200m.

Since it is a short wod, we could use the sidewalk markings. I was thinking of taking a warm up jog to McCarren park and running there. Really whatever the group wants to do is fine with me. I hate running intervals by myself.
