While there is no official WOD for today, those who are participating in the Pullup/Angie Challenges still owe 21 reps to the Company Store. That's right, this marks the 3rd week....of 14. Keep those hands in good shape!
More immediately, today kicks off a big week for CrossFit Brooklyn:
1) Tonight we're launching the second week of Monday Beginner's Classes tonight at 7. Bring a friend and come on in!
2) Tuesday is the start of Elements Class #4. Elements is a very worthwhile course that teaches all one needs to know to begin to be a "real" CrossFitter and allows graduates to participate fully in all WODs. Register here.
3) We welcome all members and beginners, spouses and whatever to the 2008 CrossFit Brooklyn Halloween Spectacular! This Friday starting at 9, the gym will be converted into a House of Indescribable (primarily because I have not been given descriptions) Horrors !!! Those willing to donate time, supplies, equipment or whatever should contact Brooklyn Party Planning Committee Leaders Good Sam and Juan to find out where they can pitch in.
