How'd the park WOD go??

Sam - Not bad. Modest turnout due to a lot of schedule conflicts, but we definitely had some presence. I loaded up gym's cart with a few bells, some water, a band, the plastic platform and Craig and I went out there to meet up with Thea. Nicole showed up and helped take a lot of pictures of us in the WOD and Kevin swung by towards the end to support and help push that cart back to the gym.

Not many people approached us, but just by being there - be it running around the track or just standing around - we got the "CrossFit Brooklyn" name out there.

Workout was a quick one:

3 Rounds
400m run
12 16 kg swings
12 Burpees

I think I was 11:16. Slowly climbing the hill again.

95, 105, 115, 125, 130, 130, 125

last three were really rough form-wise. i missed the last rep at 130 like 3 times, then missed one at 125, then barely caught the last one. up until then was doing decent with form, at least i thought so.

If you're afraid of tomorrow, you shouldn't even try to think about the day after.

shoulder pain. i'm staying lower body for week.
