105 Burpees total! If this seems impossible to you (although i assure you it isn't.) You can scale it down to 5 rounds of 15 burpees. This workout will be hard, but you will be fine after it's over (by fine i mean feeling totally kick ass!) So be on time for your WOD Class today if not a little early to get your warm up in and be ready to get some.
