I just wanted to let you know the bar was at 205 for your deadlifts. I did the same and Cris pointed it out after we were done.

i think the same thing happened to kevin (torch)- he put like 5-10 lbs too much weight on the bar

Run 400 meters (last two rounds I had to use the rower and subbed 500 meter row)
30 Ab Mat Sit ups
145 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

34:03 minutes

Switching to the row slowed me down. Glad I didn't have to do that for the entire WOD.

Hamstrings and quads were toast by that point so deadlifts were approaching twos and singles for the last two rounds.
