It's Day 30 - do you know where your pullups are?

Honestly, I couldn't be prouder of our country than I am today...please, get political.
Court - To do so would be inconsistent with my belief that politics really has no place in CrossFit. If anything, such an inclusion runs the risk of putting off people who feel uncomfortable with mixing their physical fitness and political and/or personal beliefs - whatever they may be - that often come with strong emotional attachment. Or that a belief-aligned majority will somehow make the minority feel less welcome - either actually or just in their own perception. Even if nobody is put off now, let me say that in my 24 years (No typo. Ask me about FidoNet, The Source, and how awesome going to 1200 baud was when one was used to 300 baud) of interacting with people online, I can promise you that eventually feelings will get hurt, people will leave the gym itself and I believe that no matter that the person follows Karl Marx or John Birch, that their loss for such a gym-irrelavent reason will only lessen us all.
So I am happy to keep the focus on the middle word in our "Hostile Workout Environment" slogan. Even at those times when I see some "political" comment here or on the CFNYC site (I *rarely* bother with looking at the main site's forum and post about once a year) that inspires me to pick up the baton, I generally try to pounce on the elements of the debate itself, rather than engaging in ideological jousting as doing so is about as fruitful as dictating to someone else what their favorite food is based on your own preferences.
And in case the headline above does offend those who might not be in a celebrating mood based on the election's outcome, let me offer that one could read it in the context of describing how the longest presidential campaign season in US history is finally over!!!

11 rounds + 6 pullups rx'd
Not the best performance but I also had a bit of distance to travel going from the far platform for my thrusters to the far side of the pullup bar(thick bar side). I actually did better at this in June when I was hung over at the 7am class in Manhattan! Go figure.
By the way, we did the thrusters first so It was 11 rds + 10 thrusters +6 pullups
7 1/2 rounds + 2 pull ups dead hang.
Need to learn how to kip. Doing all these dead hangs are beating up my shoulders.
68.5
7 rounds+3 thrusters (I did the thrusters first)
thrusters first
14 rounds + 5 thrusters
compare w/ 080621
I got 14 rounds and part way into the pull ups
My heart really wasn't in it tonight, which is why I didn't PR. However, had I realized how close I was, I probably could have mustered one out.
I did NOT go chest to bar tonight and used the pull up sets as an opportunity to practice the butterfly kip.

Erica, you are strong.
RMF, when Thiago stopped by, he remarked how impressive your progress has been since the early days of the beginners classes.
