"Nicole"

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

"Max rep Pull-ups" means get on the bar and do pull-ups until you let go of the bar. When you do, it's time to run again...

Let's see some folks hit double-digit rounds!

3,3,2,2,3,3 dead hang pull ups no band.
I was the only wacko that ran outside in the 7:30 class.
My head still hurts from that wind.

First day back after a week off. Felt good but was a bit apprehensive at how I was going to feel afterwards. Wanted to run so badly but when I did the warmup jog with Kurt and Torch, my knee started to act up again. So decided to do 100 double unders as the sub for the 400's
Dont know how good of an idea it was, but was more forgiving to my knee while doing the WOD. Unfortunately the knee is killing me right now. Who new that pullups would affect your spinning a jumprope

30(first 15 Chest to bar),12,9,10,12
Ended up doing 553 DU's

good job running outside you wacko, i ran at midtown box. Was damn near suicidal but fun as hell.
