While a rest day for those on the strict 3:1, locked-in calendar, let's throw this out there for those who have missed a day or two this week.

Chelsea

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Performed each min on the min for 30 min

Yes, this can be done entirely indoors. You're welcome.

we could have used jeff's butterfly kips

Great workout, indeed those Kips would have been nice.
