"Lynne"
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.
Last done on 29 June 2008. We're starting to get closer and closer for our new Brooklyn people to really get some quality comparisons as to their performance gains. Believe me when I say that the pride felt and then impact on motivation is substantial.

subbed ring dips for bench press
left my card at the box, but it went something like this:
ring dips: 12,10,6,6,8
chins: 10,8,6,6,6
good news is my nemesis IT band injury seems to finally have had adequate rest and felt great yesterday.
Kinda sorta did Lynne for time even though its not a timed WOD per se.

total reps was 96 I believe. (Moon was keeping count).
Thanks Moon. I believe I did it in 15:51 Which is not a lot of rest at all since I used to take 3 minutes rest between rounds in the past. Would usually take about 25 minutes for Lynne but I realize logistically, especially in a large class that that doesn't really fly.
