A pretty recent repeat, last done on 16 September 2008. So let's see some progress!

did my 28 pullups for today. (plus pushups)
these kinda suck when you have to do them outside in a cold playground. It doesn't help when the park is full of lil kids. Anybody have any tips to do these in your apt, maybe install a bar. I don't like that door gym its to big plus doesn't look stable. I want something slick and durable.

It's risky to kip on those door gyms.

oh yeah, the pullups were all dead hangs.

paleo challenge this whole month. You can cheat weekends, but don't go crazy. Who is in so far.

same setup as the rogue fitness bar. the RPG supposedly has this cool coating on the bar that they use for the rings they make as well.

My major problem with the pull-up challenge (apart from the risk of overuse injury and whatnot) has been the lack of easy access to a pull-up bar. I've been missing more days than not because of this, and pay-back (as always) is a bitch. I'm not feeling too confident about completing this challenge right now.

At least with push-ups you can do them almost anywhere throughout the day.

Same here Ewen, no access to a pullup bar is quickly becoming an issue. Luckily the days Ive missed 2 or 3 days in a row we've gotten a wod like angie or the pullup ladder. So I more than make up the pullups for days missed. I'm sure I will not be so lucky as the days go on. Gonna really try to build my own little pull up station if I want to stay in the challenge. Hope i don't wreck my place.

Ewen - I don't even want to think about how much I have to make up from being out of town for the past couple days during the Angie challenge. I think I need a Federal Pullup Bailout Package.

I'm trying the paleo challenge - don't know how long I'll last. I can't decide whether tequila being paleo is a blessing or a curse.

I'm also doing the paleo this month. Alcohol should be limited to an occasional glass of wine, beer, or spirits.

GHD back extensions and GHD situps on "The Rack" as Jack Bauer so affectionately calls it. That thing kills your legs!

Did 2 sets each of moderate weight barbell squats,incline press, and deadlifts prior to the WOD.

last time was faster, although i didn't do good mornings that time. i feel like i wasn't really getting the good mornings form right, despite Moon's repeated attempts to help me. ah well, room for improvement as always.
