Jessica - there are no formal classes scheduled for Thanksgiving at this time.

Nicole - only cool kids will be going early today. If you do not go, you may not be considered cool. This could go on your permanent record.

Jessica- I will be at B3 between 9:30 and 1030 Thursday morning. I have to get to a train, so will be leaving promptly, but I believe Juan plans to come in around noon.

surprise visit by curious local thug who thought he was hype after lifting one of the barbells off the ground a couple times. he was quietly crushed when erica took the bar from him and did a set of 15 deadlifts with it.

did my GHD situps on the adjustable bench. Knee held up until the 5th round where the last 200 meters the pain kicked in and it was over from there. Hobbled back to the box started my situps and couldn't anchor my feet on the seat of the bench for the last 10 reps so did regular situps unanchored to finish the round. Sucks but got it done.
