Rope climb was bitch. Was a bit slow in tempo on the box jumps and lunges because of the knee but held up. Have to learn more efficient technique on my rope climbing skills.
Our total lunging was about 630 feet which is an extra 180 feet then what was prescribed. I guess it made up for the 15 foot rope climbs;)
Btw, I left a whole mess of reusable tape gymnastic grips in one of the cubby holes. I have no idea how well they might hold up for rope climbs.

Subbed ring pull-ups for Rope and used 45lb KB as there were only 2 1.5 pood bells. Knees To Elbows were a bitch but made up serious time on pushups, back extensions, and hell yes, lunges!
To all of you guys in the 2nd heat, thanks for pushing us through! Jesus, caught a mouthful of vomit after I caught my breath! Sweet!

Kevin- I honestly think our sub was pretty accurate as we only actually climb about 5 feet of the rope, where we would climb only about 10 feet of a 15' rope.
I really liked that WoD (not just because we got to use the rope, although that was fun!) and it certainly messed up my legs. Always good to see the Brooklyn crew.
What will be B3's hours from Wednesday to Sunday? The manhattan space will be closed after ~8pm or so on Wednesday till it opens in the new space on Monday. I am going to try to do the WoD on Thanksgiving morning before heading out to LI for turkey. Since I have to be on a train at 11:45 or so, I will probably be doing an early morning wod (9:30-10:30am). Anyone interested in joining?
