Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

I don't have a fancy post today (as opposed to other days) on the idea of being Thankful but I will say that I am very thankful that I get to participate in a place that has drawn together some of the best people in the city, many of whom I am honored to be able to call my friends.
