Ok, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day we understand, but deep down you just will not feel right if you convince yourself that Boxing Day is worth yet another day off. So come on in and see what Court has in store for you!

Sorry to hear about the injury. Do you think it was due to improper kipping?

Hey- did this yesterday at playground in Richmond. People thought I was nuts. Been out of commission with strep throat. First timed Angie for me. I'll call her Strep Angie.

Little more than 15 minutes for pullups. 1st 10 did straight then 3 reps of kips at a time for last 90! Mastering kipping really would help.

Good to be outside working out. F being sick for Xmas.

Next time hope to shave 5 minutes off. Hope everyone in NY is well.
