50 pound dumbbell, swing, 15 reps

Note: There was some confusion on the main site as to the specifics of this WOD. Coach Glassman clarified by commenting the following: "10 steps total. 1 dumbbell for lunging. Same single dumbbell for swinging. Carry for lunging as comfortable/able."
