Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

We just did this on 29 Oct 2008, so you should have an idea as to what approximate weights you can use. Post what you did today and compare to a couple months ago.

And now, I would like to take a moment to reflect on a period of time that we may likely refer to as "The Ice Age of Brooklyn". It was the best of times, it was the coldest of times, but - National Grid willing - those times have come to an end. Because....

THE HEATERS ARE IS WORKING

This will allow people to come on down to the gym and do crazy stuff like:
- take OFF winter clothes when you come in to work out!
- stop huddling in front of the propane heater like railyard hobos around a barrel fire!
- no more "put your tongue against the pullup-bar" double- and triple-dog dares!

So come - bask in the glory that is warmth. And bring a friend. Bring two - we've got the space.

Kind of a shame, really....we were *this* close to getting some North Face branded workout gear.

Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank god. Those extra 17 layers I had to wear really threw off my pull-up numbers. That's my story, anyway.

You guys got a little bit of love on my blog yesterday. S&M, B.

Super-Duper site! I am loving it!! Will come back again - taking your feeds too now, Thanks.

Generally I do not post on blogs, but I would like to say that this post really forced me to do so, Excellent post!

Wonderful insight

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Great concepts on this website. It's rare these days to find websites with data you are seeking. I am happy I chanced on this webpage. I will certainly bookmark it or even register for your rss feeds simply to be updated on your new posts. Keep up the nice job and I'm sure some other folks researching valued information will actually stop by and benefit from your website for resources.
