Run 10k.
And knowing how much Erica hates the cold, I would expect to see a pretty interesting subsitute workout be created. Come on in and see what she has in mind!
Oh and speaking of Erica, because of frequent requests for tutoring in particular exercises by clients and her own specialties, both she and Jeff have come up with a new class for the Skills Carnival on Monday. That's right, we're talking double-unders, pistols, isometrics and more. We're going to put them in the show-closing position so all of you, working or not, should be able to attend!
So now the new schedule is below:
11 - 1: "Big Engines Don't Slow Cars Down: Strength Training with Squats and more!" w/ Justin Algera.
1 - 3: "Kipping Klass" w/ Torch
3 - 5: "Hell's Bells: Kettlebells and you" w/ The Supreme Court
5 - 7: "Virtuosity Gymnastics Preview: Come and get a taste of CrossFit Virtuosity's programming with Coach Keith. Try tumbling, cartwheels, handstands and more." w/ Coach Keith Wittenstein
7 - 8:30: "The Tao of Hauling Ass: Running properly." w/ Kurt Tullar
8:30 - until: "The CrossFit Kitchen Sink - Great skills that don't come up in WODs much" w/ Erica and Jeff
Again, please do us the favor of informing us of your intent to attend any/all classes at our Contact Us email address. We won't write back to you unless you request but letting us know does help each instructor prepare for their class.

Worked on front squats today. My shoulder is sore up from Turkish get-ups and kettle bell snatches.

Hello there, thank you for a fantastic post, a really great start to the new year, keep up the fantastic work, Pat.
Nice one, there is actually some good ideas on this blog some of my readers will find this relevant, I will send them a link, many thanks.
I love your site and have been visiting for some time. But since I switched a netbook I have had problems looking at your blog on my browser. Is there a possibility you could make a skinier version for us readers using smaller screen resolutions?
It¡¯s weird just how many blogs the internet has on this topic! I don¡¯t know if I¡¯ll ever have to come back, but it¡¯s great to know I found the one that provides some valuable info if this comes up for me another time.
Damn, awesome website. I actually came across this on Ask Jeeves, and I am happy I did. I will definately be coming back here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just taking in as much info as I can at the moment.
Love your blog, i need some time to think about this. I should just give up and take lessons from you.
Hello...state I didn't had a good read from a extended time.Truly happy i noticed it on yahoo.I was talking with my friends three days ago about this topic and I have to say you clear out a lot of things. Thanks and good luck
The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
As being a newcomer blogger myself personally, it is always helpful you just read a good quality blogger for something different. I plan to find out so much from browsing other folks weblogs and I feel that your own has a good deal to provide the site reader, thanks for taking the time and making the effort. Dannielle
Hope this finds you doing better. ;-)
This article gives the light in which we can observe the reality. This is very nice one and gives in-depth information. Thanks for this nice article
