In local news, due to popular request (and some extra space over on the right), 4 more CrossFit WODs have been added to the CrossFit Brooklyn Record Board. They are:
1 RM Clean and Jerk
and the last event - because it was independently suggested by 2 instructors - is....
* - Because a strict "500m Row" WOD is rare, it is eligible for competition any time it comes up in a WOD.
