Because of the nature of the WOD, we will have to do this in several heats and some people may want to make this up tomorrow as well. If you want to do this today, get in early!
Also, this is a fun and functional GHD but this particular model does not have the requisite Man Canyon that (male) people seem to enjoy. This means that making sure that setting the machine to the proper positioning is very important - please ask an instructor to help if you are not sure. If you do not do this, we would like to ask that you NOT send us any pictures of any sort of abrasion, bruising, swelling, or any type of "Does this look right to you?" imagery that may result from improper use of the GHD.
