CrossFit NYC Challenge Day: 1.

"Murph"

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you can get access to a twenty pound vest wear it. Post time to comments.

If you have a log book and have been going on the regular, the date to compare is 8 August 2008.

The gym will be open this evening, running on a standard Thursday schedule.

went straight through the pullups, which was probably a mistake. next time i'll work the squats in there sooner

I am amazed with it. It is a good thing for my research. Thanks

I think your blog need a new wordpress template. Downalod it from http://genericwpthemes.com . The site has nice and unique wordpress templates.

I'm not sure if I agree with everything written but this was definitely informative and written nicely.

I have been using Artisteer to create my themes (http://bit.ly/bWbrTP) Does anyone know of similar software or a guide to freehand generate themes? I like Artisteer but want to step out on my own

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that.
