30 Muscle-ups for time

As mentioned over the weekend, CrossFit Brooklyn is rolling forward on new tires. Nicole couldn't resist, so as soon as they were cleaned up, the flipping began!
First, the little one to test out the weight...

Dressing to match our house colors is nice, but not required.
