Warm up: 3 TGU each arm (16K), then 800m run
Front squats: 115-120-125-130-135
Cool-down: bottom to bottom tabata squats (13), tried to work on strict pull ups
It sucked!!!

I didn't get to do the wod today (sad face) but I did get to put some other through some pain, which made me happy.

I'd like to start including more running in warm-ups as the weather gets nicer. I really like the idea of running of to McCarren park and doing some tabata sprints!

Also. my apologies in advance if tabata something else comes up tomorrow....

i did back squats the day before, so i skipped this and instead did the pullup ladder WOD at home-

10 rounds + 4 pullups, all dead hangs

then for kicks did 50 pushups for time. 2.5 minutes, which is slow as balls. any ideas for increasing resistance to muscle fatigue besides tabata-ing?

Sorry for the huge review, but I'm really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it's the right choice for you.
