Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Good to hear Chris! Sometime before you get back:

For time:
15 Push Ups
1 Sit Up
14 Push Ups
2 Sit Ups
13 Push Ups
3 Sit Ups
Etc. (ending at 1 push up, 15 sit ups)

Tuck the ankle of your bad leg over the good one (i.e. only your good foot is on the ground for the push ups) and do the sit ups in frog stance. Start getting that conditioning back.

CFE Cert was awesome! There's some running in our future.

Thanks Ryan B.!! for jinxing me..Just when you thought it couldn't get worse,sprain my ankle on my first run in front of that haunted house. HA! Hopefully I can make it up on Wednesday.

I had forgotten the change in schedule, so when I came at 6:10, I had no time to warm-up. This was a good reminder for me to warm-up before a cold sprint as my asthma got the best of me after the first round. Never really caught my breathing. Good to remember for next time!

Also- two stigmata like holes in my hands from the ring dip/pull up h-e-double-hockey-sticks on Friday did not make for happy pull-ups. Yikes! Looking forward to tomorrow's rest day!
