for those who haven't read about it yet, on saturday (this saturday) there will be a bbq at the brooklyn box to raise money for the greatest crossfit team in the history of the universe.....anyway paleo friendly, lots of meat and fish, 10 bucks all u can eat....please if u want to come post about it or let, me, gabe, torch, or someone who can relay the message know that you are interested.
