My first morning class and it felt pretty good. Of course it helped that I'm coming off two days rest and I made sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep last night.
Also, push ups + KBs = tons of fun. Thanks Torch!
Torch, about CFE on the weekends...I had the thought yesterday that if there were earlier WOD classes I would definitely be game for them and CFE afterwards. I know the CFE prescription is + 3 hours but I would be cool with an hour or so between the two. This may not be practical from a schedule standpoint but just a thought about the small turn out.
Aaron, i typically open the gym for people after CFE that are interested in doing the WOD -- informally.
Torch, awesome. Count me in for CFE on Sundays. However, this next one I will be out of town.
I was actually about to ask if regular morning WOD classes on the weekends are a possibility.
When my hours start ramping up I'd love to get a workout in before heading into work.
10:15 (1 poot; abmats on the HSPU)
Torch and anyone else, ever think about entering one of these things? http://mountainrunning.com/calendar07.php Seem to be a mountain state sort of thing...possible good reason to see my family in CO and have some fun.
16 min (2 abmats for hspu)
15:04 with 2 abmats on HSPUs. First time doing HSPUs in a WOD
Aaron - the CFEs on sunday are at 3pm with Kurt. Sat morning is when I do them on the earlier side. As for mountain running, there is definitely interest. I know a couple of members are planning to do the Escarpment Trail Run, but that takes a documented racing background.
Chris - right now weekend wods are what they are. We've sorta agreed to keep quiet before noon to keep the neighbors content. If 8 people or so say they are interested, we might consider popping the lock earlier. For now though, this is what we have.
Great job tonight everyone! And the morning crew too! Ya'll made it look easy!
10:50 minutes
(HSPU off a box)
First time running after my various injuries this past week and my knee was killing me. Ice and rest for now. Probably would have been smarter to row.
Torch, how late do people stay out there on the weekends? I always want to drop by after work but figured its closed...
9:51 w/ 1 pood and 2 ab mats for HSPUs
also, thanks to everyone who came to rescue when I had my ridiculous fall tonight haha
13:10 with box for HSPU and bad form on kb's due to getting winded way too quick. Need to get out and work on running.
10:05. HSPU off a box
Torch, I just checked out the Escarpment Trail Run race's website--wow. That looks like tons of fun and way out of my league.
avery - 3:30 to 4 usually. sometimes we wind up out for food though

I guess that to get the mortgage loans from creditors you ought to present a good motivation. But, one time I've got a student loan, just because I wanted to buy a house.
If any of you guys play SC2, there is a tournament going on this weekend you might want to check out on Starcrafting.com
The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
