So talk is that we go our for some drinks Friday night following the conclusion of the WOD classes. I propose Radegast Hall and Beer Garden on N3rd and Berry. Say 9:15. This will constitute my last official participation in a rest day event before shipping out.

205, 225, 245f - bar was too far in front, but easily high enough to get under. Was getting a weird tweak in my bicep/shoulder so cut it short today. Will come back to this another day as I've been looking forward to going heavy with these.
A day late, but I'm doing the Paleo challenge!
First time doing heavy cleans, doing good deadlifts but bending my elbows too early and sort of muscling it up at higher weights.

Had never done more than a 155 clean before so definitely happy, but know I can get more weight up if I get better form.
