so i want to make a thing out of it:
January 5th, I think CFBK should do a 30 day strict Paleo challenge. There are a number of members already committed to doing it, so i think it can be a community function.

I'm down for the challenge. I've already told myself I was going to attempt a strict 30 day challenge for January on my own. Would be great to have a little bit of a competition aspect to it as well.

I scaled the rep scheme like this:

I did handstand negatives to 3 abmats, but mostly did handstand holds.
For pull ups I had to use the thin black band occaisonally.
Cashout: Tabata mash up of 1.5 pood swings and abmat sit ups. Got 40 total of each.

Shoulder felt weird today with HSPUs and was hurting after the first few. It just wasn't gonna work for 84 reps without risking some type of injury, so I subbed clapping pushups instead, which didn't bother it at all.

Been on paleo for a while anyway, but couldn't hurt to dial it in a little stricter for the challenge.
21-18-15-...-3 24:19. I don't think I can handle the paleo. I hve limited myself to only 2 days a week of cheating, I will try for 1, but with the plyoffs I doubt it will happen.
