If you haven't seen the two of my comments on yesterday's blog, please read them.

Starting tomorrow, our Operations Manager, Sara Carr, will be in Brooklyn two nights per week, Monday and Thursday. Sara will be taking care of most of the details that need to be attended to. Sara is a problem solver, in addition to being a member of our coaching staff. She will be there to answer questions, solve problem, and provide information. Get to know her.

(Keith Z has become a member of our operations staff, and Keith will be covering Manhattan on those days that Sara is in Brooklyn. As Keith gets up to speed, he too will be one of our "go to" people.)

Sara will be key in managing our transition from the current location to our new intended location, 155 North 4th Street. In anticipation of our move and general upgrade, we will be ordering a considerable amount of new equipment. Sara will take care of the little stuff like bands, clips, as well as water, paper supplies, etc. Court will be compiling a list of big stuff like, rowers, GHD, bars, plates, etc. This week we will start posting what is on order, which will include whatever we need to take Brooklyn to the next level.

I'm very glad I took a two hour private with Brian D. I felt good on my form, and now I know I can bump the weight up a bit.

I wasn't feeling particularly awesome today, but still muddled through the games prep work from yesterday with a few changes.

Started with the 800 meter row: 3:04.8 minutes
After, 5 minute rest.

7 rounds without setting the bar down between sets of:
power snatch, snatch balance, overhead squat, hang squat snatch- 58lbs, 5:28 minutes.

Wrist bothered me - had a hard time keeping it unbroken rounds 5 through 7 with the hang squat snatch. I want to do this again when I am feeling better.

I skipped the next mini-AMRAP so I could do the chipper. I did this after work so no three hour break for me. About fifteen minutes rest, cut out cleans and dips because my wrist was hurting today, not sure why.

30 chest to bar pull ups
25 wall balls (14#)
30 ghd sit ups
30 kettlebell swings (16 kg)
75 double unders

Hello. This is kind of an "unconventional" question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you've got it?
