Went out in the cold to do 150 burpees.
Tried to warm up but there seemed no point in so.

Scaled to 75# 21:09. Thanks to Max for suggesting scaling down, this was my first time with Snatch balances and trying them at 95# would've been too much. Tried to focus on form.

Made up the Snatch/Snatch Balance/OHS WOD

My last 3 rounds felt much better and faster than each of the 1st four. Started out with my grip too wide and took more rest than I would have liked since my wrist was hurting... felt better once I narrowed my grip.
It took till about round 5 before I started to get in a decent groove with the snatch balances and OHS.
CAIN, I'll find out about the affiliate team. BK needs to be represented!
I also made up the snatch WOD this afternoon, happy all the power snatches were legit - no press outs.
