24:48. I did the first three rounds as rx'd but had to switch to 15# weighted sit ups for rounds 4 and 5 b/c the GHD was killing my back.

Re: Manhattan Saturday Schedule:
During the WOD's and/or Beginners Classes, members may quietly warmup and practice on the other side of the gym. The class in session will have priority for equipment, etc.

Who is either signed up for sectionals or interested in being on our affiliate team for regionals? We need 6 women and 6 men as we want send a team from both Brooklyn and Manhattan. I don't feel qualified to do my own programming for this, so we will be using Sophie's boyfriend, John Matzner's, programming. He competed as an individual in the CrossFit games last year and is a great athlete and coach out of Potomac CrossFit. I am definitely interested in the callous shaver.
1 rd rx'd, other 4 rounds abmat situps and GHB Back Extensions. 19:10. Had never done GHB sit-ups in a WOD and Mike recommended to not do all 5 sets, definitely a good idea.

Everytime I log onto this blog another person has commented a load of tripe (RUBBISH). When will we ever get any decent intelligent information / comments?
The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.
