Probably could have gone a little heavier - was really trying to concentrate on opening up my hips all the way before the arms bent. Seemed to have trouble shifting my grip to get into front rack position as well.

Bench 80kg (~176#)
80kg felt too easy so I jumped up the weight but I had a brain fart and forgot about the whole metric system and jumped up to 100kg (~220#) for a fail. Shouldn't have gotten so greedy since I definitely could've done more than 80kg.

OHS
60kg (~132#)
Did triples at 30kg (~66#), 40kg (~88#), and 50kg leading up to this.

Clean: 205; Bench Press: 225, had 235 90% up and failed last second. OH Squat 155. The thrusters yesterday didn;t help the OH's but I doubt I would've gotten up more weight.
