I'm interested in the team, provided that my body parts are functioning pain-free.

My body parts are functional, pain free and would like to be part of the bk team. I've been training at cf Las Vegas for the last month and I'll finally be back in bk this week.

I would be interested in the team but i'm also in Jeff's camp of having some non functioning body parts at least for a few more weeks.

Did Back Squats Singles: PR'd at 285, failed at 295.
Thanks to Mike for really breaking down my Back Squat and helping me out, I really understand the proper form much better and helped me to a 20 lb pr.

I am also interested in the team.

Raining too hard and where they do their running can be a little dangerous for backwards runs. Did Front Squat triples instead:

70kg(~154)-80kg(~176)-90kg(~198)-100kg(~220)-105kgx1(~231)

Pretty sure I've gotten a triple at 225# before - oh well.

We're expecting a shipment of new jump ropes in soon. Nevertheless, I've repaired a few of our old ones.

I adjusted a purple cable rope to be of "medium" length, the same as the other purple and blue cable.

I adjusted a yellow cable rope to be of "short" length, the same as one of the red cables.

I fixed up 4 licorice ropes. These ropes are all adjustable, so no knotting will be necessary. One of the ropes, a smoke-colored Everlast rope, is just long enough for shorter people.

If any of these ropes break, please set the pieces aside. I still have leftover spare parts to repair and maintain the ropes.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.
