cleans: 4/4/4/3, ~30 seconds b/w subsets
toes to bar: 8/7/6/5/4 ~30 seconds b/w subsets
box jumps: 8 step off/7 depth/8 step off/7 depth
muscle ups: kipping singles, ~5 deep breaths between reps
push press: 12/10/8
double unders: 3/27
thrusters: 6/5/4, ~45 seconds b/w subsets
pull ups: 6x4,2x3
burpees: 8/7/6/5/4, jailhouse-style with big breaks
lunges: ~25 feet at time

Being that my entire warm up consisted of about 25 double unders (I wanted to get started right away), my clean form, although no failures, was absolutely atrocious. I highly recommend doing some (heavier) cleans prior to the workout.

I forgot to tape my wrists ahead of time so I only did MU singles.

This is probably my first WOD that I kipped my pull ups/muscle ups in around 9 months.

Once my shoulders work better (toes to bar and pull ups), I believe I can do this in under 30.

Also, I mistakenly thought the lunges were to 300m, not 300 feet.

This was quite hard. I was quite impressed by Ari doing full RX and finishing less than a minute behind me.

Thanks to everyone cheering me on - I was very close to meeting Pukie today.

Essentially did the snatch WOD today. Worked up to 88# (PR). Old pr felt easy - just need to get quicker pulling myself under the bar.

Shoulders were completely smoked by the end and made the walking lunges take forever.
I still really suck at double unders too.

No accurate time. Roughly 22:30, I guess.

Finished at 24:06 - which included :

a mishap of my dumbell coming loose, trying KBs, then putting the weight back on the DB and re-tightening it.

my bar for thrusters being accidentally broken down before getting to it

Not sure of total time lost between the two, but estimates I got ranged between 1:15 - 2:00 total. Who knows.

I forgot to add that my time was around 24 minutes when I finished the first 9 exercises. I was lunging for around 23 minutes.

20 foot box jumps, that's not a typo.

30:34, MU's from knees. Learned the Muscle Up on Saturday, and attempted about 6 in this WOD with no success before switching to MU's from knees.
