Didn't realize it was regular tabata until I tallied up my score, wouldn't of killed myself in the early rounds of push-ups if I knew that, still a fun workout.

Sort of blew the gaming of this one. Strong starts leading to low number finishes.

As part of my Tabata workout yesterday I did double unders with my new boxer's jumprope. I got 19 in the first round and kept that straight across although I could have done more in the subsequent intervals. That means in 3:50 I got 152. Compare that with 100101 when I did the CF Football WOD of 150 DUs for time in around 4:10.
