I joined the Coney Island Polar Bears for a dip in the Atlantic. The weather was nice, but the water was COLD. I don't think I lasted more than 6 minutes.
Did this in Manhattan in teams of 3 with the team doing a total of 3x the reps per round, and with the HSPU freestanding but spotted/assisted by the other 2 members of the team.

I'm sad I missed this WOD because I'm totally intrigued and it sounds absolutely horrible.
regular HSPU, left shoulder failed at the end, could not support a handstand for most of the last round. first two rounds 29 min. total: 52:11.
