I'm still trying to wrap my head around what today's title means. Maybe it'll come to me.

Back is still a little tweaked from Deadlifts at the beginning of the week. Took the past three days off and was sucking wind this morning.

Power Cleans were broken into sets of 4
Thrusters were broken into sets of 5

I'm looking forward to making this up tomorrow. I'm especially excited to see how big my hands will look.

and the first two rounds of Thrusters way to heavy... so thank you Cain & Court for dropping the weight.

Note to self: suck less on cleans. And start WODs like this a little more warmed up. I felt like the first 2 rounds were about not blowing up and the 3rd was about getting back on track.
