We did weighted pull up triples in between our presses this morning.
Shoulder Press:
75x3, 85x3, 95x3, 100x3, 105x3, 110 (f on 3rd rep), 110 (f on 2nd rep)
Weighted pull ups (w/vest): 36x3, 36 (f on 3rd), 30x3, 30x3, 30x3, 30x3, no weightx3
Shoulder presses suck! I haven't been doing them since I hurt my wrist last summer and it really shows.
WU: 45, 53
Work Sets: 68, 73, 78x1 (Fx2), 78x2 (Fx1), 78x1 plus 2 push presses after 2 F, 73, 73x2 (Fx1)
After did max height box jump (in inches):
20, 23x2, 26.5x3, 30x1, 34x2, F, 35.5x1, 37 x10 F!
I kept putting hands down at 37 inches. I'll take the three inch PR.
Attempted to make up yesterdays CFFB:
15x1 Deadlifts @ 325, 30 sec rest
Never did the metcon part - power cleans felts slow and horrible while trying to warm up.
Hamstring is still tweaked a bit, but felt ok on the deads, I'm sure since it was relatively light & a slower movement.
Hopefully ZHealth this wknd can help me rehab it a bit.
